This is a classic professional work outfit. Every working woman should have a blazer that fits well and can pair with tailored slacks. These pants have pinstripes. The blouse looks nice with and without the blazer and looks good tucked in. I have shared some blouses that fit the bill since mine is not available to link. Paired with heels this really is a power/boss outfit.

I got many compliments on my dress today at church. I am 5’2”. I am a sucker for all things blue and white and this dress did not disappoint. It is a lightweight material and has stretchy material that hugs at the top and middle.

Fall colors in my home decor is all the fall color I get here in Houston, TX. It is still pretty hot and although we have beautiful trees here, they don’t have color changing leaves. This is a disappointment after living in Wisconsin, but thanks to Target and artificial plants, I will be okay. 😁🍂🍁 Remember that you can make small switches in your decor to create a seasonal vibe.

I have recommended it to two design clients and they were so happy with it. It is a Chris Loves Julia x Loiloi rug. It looks good in so many spaces, has a beautiful design and the color combinations and ratios are stunning. This is the 9x12 size and there are rug runner sizes too.

I love a good formal/dress pant and these fit my short legs! (petite size 8) I love that this maroon color can be combined with a black or white dress shirt, has pleats and is high waisted. If you need some new work pants, these are good ones. If I was still teaching in the classroom, I would wear these on repeat. I got a black pair too.

This blue, white and gold bathroom is lovely sight. The vanity has lots of storage and is a Wayfair approved product. The blue and white tile is a fun addition! Mirrors, lighting and faucets add interest and functionality to the room. Choosing three main colors and using 60%, 30% and 10% in a room is a good guideline when designing a space.

Simple outfit, but with color and print! These tees from Old Navy are so comfortable and the fabric isn’t flimsy like some other tees I have bought from there. I love these jeans. I know that baggy is in right now, but they do not do my figure any favors, so I am not about to adopt it even when I look like an Oompa Loompa. The finishing touch and my favorite part of the outfit is the shoes. The leopard print is 👌. I am wearing size 8 petite in jeans. My favorite style advice: pick what you love, compliments your natural beauty and wear it confidently!

We moved my two oldest (9th and 5th grade) into a different room in time for a new school year. We decided on bunk beds again so we could conserve space. We were able to fit two desks, a dresser and comfy armchair in the room too! I am in love with the bedding I found. It is a perfect combo of blue and white. I will also link the desks that we got. They are not fancy, but they were inexpensive, easy to assemeble and have good storage. I am also going to share the mattress protector that I have now bought for almost every bed in the house. They are so good because they protect the mattress from accidents.

I love this rug for my dining room. This is an Amber LewisxLoiloi rug. I suggest anchoring the corners. I have had it for nearly 2 years now and it still looks great. I also love having a large dining table that sits 8 people. I didn’t think I would have a family big enough to fill 8 seats, but I do! I highly suggest creating a dining space that invites your family to sit around the dinner table together!
