We might be a little late on the post but this past month has definitely been one of our favorites! Annabelle is sleeping like an angel (*amen*), she is starting to feed herself, loves to clap & wave, sometimes gives kisses and is loving to snuggle! Story & bath time are her favorite times of the day! Even though she seems to never want dinner at the table to stop & will eat for hours if you let her 🤣
And just in time for Easter all of her 4 front teeth are now showing off when she smiles 🐰

We DID it!
Six years ago we decided to get married in the place where we first met. In Las Vegas.
Marriage is a GIFT and we have been treasuring every moment of it. Throughout the years though we realized that a BIG puzzle piece of our relationship was still missing. In 2019 we started intentionally to build our relationship with God in many areas of our lives. We started going to church, we started to read the word, started to pray, and to talk but most importantly to listen to the Lord. Ever since our relationship and marriage has flourished in so many ways.
Of course, like every godly marriage, we are far from perfect. We argue. We fight. But we LOVE. We respect. And we believe!
For our six year anniversary we did not plan anything “fancy”. We actually went grocery shopping, had chicken & rice, cleaned up the house, and sat on the couch with a glass of bubbly. But instead of an “instagram-worthy” dinner or date night, we made each other the greatest gift that we have ever given one another. We finally became members of our church! We are so grateful for this wonderful community that cares deeply about people and relationships!

She is the absolute sweetest person we know and we adore her family and photography business so much! She was also the one who worked her MAGIC on our own maternity pictures! And this year she’ll be taking our family pictures with Annabelle in the blossoms! Oh! It’ll be SO DREAMY!

SEVEN months with the most joyful miniature “you & me”!!!
We seriously have to pinch ourselves that this is real life! Becoming parents has been by far the best thing that has ever happened to us!
It has changed us so much! Each day we want to be better parents & role models to Annabelle, show her unconditional love, grow our faith together, see & show her the great things about life, teach her to fight through difficult situations and to learn from mistakes, and simply FREEZE every second of the day with her!
This past months was a rollercoaster. Annabelle was sick for the first time. We had one of our worst nights ever with only 2hrs of sleep total. We stopped breastfeeding and switched to formula. We had some sleep regressions with rough days & nights. She has been teething... But she also has has discovered her excitement for ANYthing food, she sings along to Christmas carols & Disney songs, she loves to play with Vegas, she is now SITTING up (*without any support*), she loves to snuggle with Mama & Papa, and she has the CUTEST two-teeth smile in the whole wide world!!!
My absolute favorite moment of the day is when Annabelle looks at Daddy and her eyes start to sparke, her lips start smiling from ear to ear, and her voice gets all squeaky...!!!
Thank you Annabelle for letting us see the world through your eyes, to see the good in EVERYthing and to love & laugh unconditionally!!!
