On the last day of January I’m evaluating progress on my new year resolutions. How’s you do? I didn’t make it in some areas but I’m not beating myself up for it. I read somewhere that it’s better to reframe your progress (or lack thereof) this month as a baseline. Now my goal is to improve on what I was able to do this month and inch my way closer to my goal. If I keep improving on that by the end of the year I might just make it💡lunchwithagirlfriend
