The best sticky bra, Amazon dupes are not as adhesive 4. Varley sweaters are pricey, now is the time to snag one on sale. I’ve already worn it several times in March. Size XS 5. My best spring break purchase, and new brand for me, I sized up to a small 6. Dress shorts that can be dressed up or down from Reiss, similar linked below. I’m wearing a US size 0 7. I replaced a much more expensive skin correcting serum with Naturium’s transexemic acid 5%, it’s great for acne scars and dark spots from sun exposure and a fraction of the price of my old product (and a higher percent the active ingredient) 8. Trying a new brand of sunglasses, Akila.la. This is the Apollo tortoise frame with sky blue lenses 9. Love a long sleeve spring dress because March and April are not always warm. I got my sauna blanket for Christmas and I use it several nights a week for an at-home detox.

I spied the travel bag from a girlfriend who does a lot of work travel. It is the perfect size for a weekend trip or to supplement a carry-on roller bag. It fits under the seat on every airplane I’ve been on and it attaches to the handle of my suitcase while I’m on the move.

I got my Shark flex style hairdryer a couple of years ago. It dries hair super-fast!

Kypris Beauty elixir is a hidden gem. Whenever I feel dried out I slather this on. The hydration is perfect for my mature dry skin.

My functional medicine doctor wanted me to do more detox in a sauna. I slide into my sauna blanket and listen to an audio book at the end of my night.

As we age, building muscle is priority #1. This is the creatine my doctor recommends. Do not purchase from Amazon!

Truvani protein powder has a great ratio of protein to calories and it’s clean! I use it in my overnight oats.
