Pretty laundry room accessories can make the chore feel a little bit better! They can also make it feel a bit more organized and easy! I love a wall mounted drying rack (I had one in my old house)- once our new laundry room is finished it will have one as well!

I also love having a pretty rug that is soft under my feet when folding, cute laundry room makes me smile, and anything toile (like this hamper) makes my heart happy!

Do you ever feel like your online recipes are in a black hole? I pin so many recipes and then forget about them, can’t find what I’m looking for, or get frustrated with all the pop up adds! So I’m trying something new! I’m going old school. I just ordered this pretty recipe box that comes with the recipe cards. I will copy down a recipe I find online after I’ve made it and I know I like it, and add it to this little box. Hopefully, it will be easier for me to find recipes that I’ve enjoyed!

Your home doesn’t need a dedicated mudroom to have an organized drop zone.

If you have an empty hallway, entryway, or even a small wall near the garage door, you can create a functional space that keeps everyday life running smoothly.

I call ours our Family Command Center. It’s where backpacks, shoes, keys, and bags land after a busy day. We also keep our family calendar, important school papers, permission slips, and reminders all in one place so everyone knows where to look.

One of my favorite additions is our Skylight Calendar. It syncs with the calendar on my phone, so our family’s schedule is always up to date without me having to rewrite everything. The kids love being able to walk by and instantly see what’s coming up, whether it’s school events, sports, appointments, or family plans.

Back-to-school is the perfect time to set up a simple system that helps mornings run smoother and keeps the paper clutter from taking over your kitchen counters.
