the best combo & it only takes 20 minutes 🤌🏻 full recipe below!

ngredients:
Trader Joe’s Vegan Caesar Dressing (found refrigerated)
Trader Joe’s Organic Chicken Nuggets (found refrigerated)
Shredded Kale
Bucati Pasta or pasta of choice, cooked
Shaved parmesan
Trader Joe’s oven-baked cheese bites
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken nuggets to package instructions (I did the air fryer method).
2. Once your chicken is cooked, cut into small bite sized pieces and set aside.
3. Assemble the salad. Add a couple of handfuls of kale to a large bowl and drizzle with the caesar dressing. Massage the dressing into the kale until it has softened a bit.
4. Add about 3 cups of cooked pasta, the diced chicken, and shaved parmesan. Drizzle with caesar dressing and season with a little salt and lots of cracked pepper.
5. Top with crumbled oven-baked cheese bites and toss well to combine.
6. Serve immediately or chilled to enjoy!

Your favorite recipe of 2025! Tacos!!

easy, cheesy, & delicious 🤌🏻

ingredients:
1-1.5 lb trader joe’s shaved beef steak
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Trader Joe’s organic mini flour tortillas
Pepper Jack cheese
1 tsp taco seasoning
Trader Joe’s Chimichurri, for ganrish
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

instructions:
1. Prepare the beef. In a skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. Once hot, add the shaved beef and immediately season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
2. Once the meat has started to brown, flip and sear the meat on the other side until the meat is cooked and slighty charred. Once cooked, remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
3. In that same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until soft and fragrant.
4. Once the peppers and onions are sauteed, add the beef back intro the skillet. Mix to combine.
5. Turn the heat to low and top with pepper jack cheese slices and cover the skillet for 3-5 minutes.
6. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, serve on warm tortillas and top with chimichurri to enjoy!
