I’m loving all the new @onequince spring pieces! everything is so versatile — I can mix and match these pieces with so many things already in my closet, whether I’m keeping it casual during the day or dressing it up a little for dinner! #quincepartnerwearing an xs in both dresses & a small in the sweater 💛

episode 5! this dinner was such a hit with the entire family! recipe is below 👇🏻

ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken cutlets
1 cup ranch
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare the breading. In a wide bowl, combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, pour in ranch dressing.
4. Bread the chicken. First coat the chicken in ranch dressing then dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Once breaded, add the chicken to a sheet pan with a wire rack. Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
5. Place the baking sheet in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes.
7. Once cooked and slightly charred, remove from the oven and serve warm to enjoy.

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:
3-4 cups of broccoli florets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Add broccoli to a sheet pan. Coat and toss in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with parmesan cheese.
3. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
4. Once cooked and charred, remove from the oven and serve warm to enjoy!
