Cheesecake Dip Recipe: (I half everything to just serve 2) 1 block cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tbs. brown sugar 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (could be less, I just guesstimate) 1. cream together cream cheese & butter 2. add in vanilla extract & brown sugar to the cream/butter mixtures 3. add in powdered sugar 4. mix with spatula or hand mixer 5. fold in chocolate chips 6. chill & serve with Nilla Wafers or graham crackers.
