Give your beach memories a place to live with this simple seashell frame project-like bottling up summer and setting it on the shelf. Love this idea? Comment SHELL below for a list of my favorite shell craft supplies!

Optional extras: Larger statement shells (I found some at home goods) pearls, or beach-themed charms

No beach trip? No problem! You can find beautiful shells at home decor shops and craft stores if you aren’t collecting them yourself.

Prep Your Frames Use any wooden frames you have-upcycled ones add a special touch. Wipe them clean before decorating.
Apply the Dry Dex Spread a generous layer of Dry Dex onto the front of the frame. Don’t worry about being too precise; you want a thick enough surface for the shells to set in securely.
Add the Seashells Press each shell firmly into the still-wet Dry Dex. Try different patterns and mix sizes for a playful look. Get kids involved for extra fun!
Let It Dry Leave the frame untouched until the Dry Dex turns white, indicating it’s fully dry and beautifully set.

DIY whimsy keychains are trending this summer and I’m officially addicted. ✨🐟🎀

The key rings clip onto purses, dog leashes, backpacks… literally anything. They come with a gold ring set, but I wasn’t crazy about the size, so I swapped them for smaller rings from my jewelry-making supplies.

For the photo pendants, make sure you print on photo paper, not regular printer paper. I used my Canon printer with 4x6 photo paper, fit 4 photos onto one page, and scaled them to 10%. Then I used E6000 glue to secure the photo into the pendant and pressed the dome over top really firmly so there weren’t any bubbles.

I also used resin beads with large holes so everything slid on easily and felt a little more playful and chunky. The more random and layered they look, the cuter they are honestly.
