Ad Everybody's buying seasonal decor this month. In a short term rental I just spend it differently. The four @Wayfair pieces I put on one of my property’s back porch: an indoor/outdoor rug, a chair and table set, an adjustable wreath hanger, and an autumn eucalyptus wreath. Three of the four outlast the season, and the wreath is the part I swap. The rug is a save — I tell my clients rugs are rarely the place to splurge, because somebody always spills. The chairs and table are metal, not wood, which is one of the reasons they made the cut. The hanger adjusts to fit any door. Same seasonal decor budget as everyone else.
