The #tarte cosmetics surfer curl volumizing mascara is hands down the best I’ve tried. Doesn’t smudge, gives lift and curl, AND volume. Basically, a fantastic all rounder, that’s also not too difficult to remove at the end of the day. I’m floored that it’s not waterproof, as I have oily eyelids and it’s been a journey to find a mascara which doesn’t smudge all over my brow bone. Safe to say I’ve found my holy grail 👌🏻 #LTKunder50
