3 easy switches we made to support our fertility journey & conceiving our first baby. It wasn't a quick fix, but these seemingly small changes ultimately led to our baby & getting rid of plastics hiding in our healthy home. 1. No non stick pans- even the marketed "healthy options" as not teflon are full of chemicals leaching into your food. Stainless steel or cast iron only. Sorry [ ceramic is still coated... 2. Switching to cleaner dish & laundry detergent. 3. Swapping out our plastic blender pitcher to a stainless option from plastic (didn't know this was an option until we were in a deep spiral of non toxic switches!) There are so many more we've done over the years, but these 3 are manageable and we did things over time, not all at once. I did however go on a rampage removing any and all plastic from our kitchen in the beginning. (2) nontoxiclivingfertilityfertilityjourney LTKBaby LTKHome LTKmomlife
