Fair warning before you make this recipe, you WILL become obsessed!! Everyone I have made this for, even if they aren’t huge tuna fans, absolutely LOVES it. It is loaded with protein and packed with flavor - highly recommend making extra because you will want it! Comment “recipe” and I’ll send you a link to the recipe and all the condiments! Asian Inspired Tuna Salad + 2 cans of albacore tuna, mashed (I buy Kirkland brand from Costco) + 1 can of chick peas, drained + 3 Persian cucumbers, chopped + 1 jalapeno, diced (no seeds) + 2 green onions, chopped + 1/2 of a sweet Vidalia onion + 1 avocado, chopped + *you can also add chopped celery for more crunch!* + 1 cup greek yogurt + 2 Tbsp kewpie mayo + 3 Tbsp soy sauce + 2 Tbsp rice vinegar + 1/3 cup - 1/2 cup Makoto ginger dressing + 2 Tbsp chili crunch (I use Momofuku) Mix and enjoy on its own, on toast or with crackers!
