This is a lip serum and has been much better than chapstick to my lips. I would compare it to a transparent lip gloss that smells and tastes super sweet. (The smell takes me to happy place somewhere far away. lol) But like a serum, it dries very fast and instantly hydrates. How does it even do that? I haven't used anything like this product before.
