My Therapy. I spend hours in my garden without even realizing it. Grateful! Honestly this is where my mind just clears. Fall is my favorite time of the year to preserve my hydrangeas. I’ll be making a pretty bouquets for my home and friends.

How to preserve Hydrangeas:

1. Cut at the right time. Wait until blooms feel papery and mature on the shrub.

2. Air dry. Remove leaves, place stems in a vase with just a few inches of water, and let them dry naturally as the water evaporates.

Love to decorate my home with preserved hydrangeas, especially in the fall. They also look beautiful as centerpieces, wreaths and more. Plus, they last over a year!

I went from relying on extensions to finally loving my natural, fine hair — and here’s exactly how I did it:

First, I went back to my natural color and stopped constant dyeing. That alone made my hair so much stronger.

I also stopped getting layers. On fine hair, layers just made my ends look thin and stringy. Keeping my hair one length has helped it look much fuller.

Then I focused on small, consistent habits:
• Using a moisturizing hair mask once a week (I love Gisou)
• Trimming my ends every 8 weeks with professional shears
• Never skipping a leave-in moisturizing conditioner

Additional fine-hair tips that made a big difference:
• Avoiding heavy products that weigh hair down — lightweight formulas work best
• Letting my hair air-dry halfway before blow drying to minimize heat damage
• Using a wide-tooth comb on wet hair to prevent breakage
• Adding more protein and omega-3s to my diet for growth and strength

These small changes completely transformed my fine hair — now it feels fuller, stronger, and healthier than ever.
