Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Bread 🎃🍂🍞
Omg it’s sooo good 🤌🏼 Save for your next fall recipe! Full recipe & directions below:

INGREDIENTS:

Pumpkin Loaf:

* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1/4 cup light brown sugar
* 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/8 tsp baking soda
* 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1/4 tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar Crunch
* 1.5 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbs sugar

DIRECTIONS

* Preheat oven to 350º
* Lightly grease loaf pan + line with parchment paper
* In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk egg, melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin and vanilla.
* Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt
* Mix until combined
* Pour the batter into parchment paper lined loaf pan
* In a small ramekin/bowl mix the cinnamon & sugar
* Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter and then use a toothpick and swirl around
* Bake for 40 minutes- test with a toothpick to make sure center is cooked through!
* Enjoy!
