I had way too much yogurt in the fridge, so I turned it into a fun toddler snack 🐻

These frozen yogurt bites were SO easy and a big hit!

Just fill silicone molds (I used gummy bear shapes!) with your favorite yogurt and freeze for at least 4 hours. That’s it! They pop right out and make the perfect cool summer treat. 🧊🍓

Great for using up extra yogurt, and a fun way to sneak in some protein and probiotics 🙌

Let’s make a super simple meal for dinner tonight. Easy Lasagna!

RECIPE

Brown 1 lb of ground beef and mix in a large jar of marinara sauce.
Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper as desired.
In a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to 16 oz tub of ricotta cheese. Mix!
Start layering!
Layer meat sauce, then oven ready lasagna noodles, then ricotta cheese mix and repeat.
Top with mozzarella shredded cheese.
Cover with foil and Bake on 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy!

These air fryer ranch chicken nuggets are so easy to make in just 12 minutes in your favorite air fryer!
Simply cut chicken into small nugget like cubes.
Mix together 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 packet ranch seasoning.
Melt some butter (about 1/2 cup) and dip the nuggets first in the seasoning mix, then butter, then AGAIN in the seasoning mix.
Place nuggets in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for approx 12 minutes.
So good! Yum!

Mini meatloafs in a muffin tin!
Anyone else put honey on meatloaf?!
This is an easy weeknight meal because I literally don’t even measure.

RECIPE

1 lb ground beef
Approx 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Approx 1/4 cup parm cheese
Approx 1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
Sprinkle in some Italian seasoning, onion seasoning, salt, garlic salt…
You really can’t mess this up!
Bake for 45 min to an hour on 350 degrees.

Potatoes: boil for 20 minutes, add butter and sour cream (a LOT) and mash!
We love to use red potatoes and leave the skin on.

Cheese quesadilla, avocado, and fruit!
We have 4 kids ages 0 to 10.
For adults, spice it up with some guacamole, salsa, sour cream, spinach, and other fun toppings. That way you only have to cook one meal for everyone.
I made this video over a month ago when Hannah was 10 months, she’s almost one in 2 weeks 🥹.

These Chopped Italian Sliders are the perfect make and take dish for summer gatherings!

RECIPE
Mix together approximately (I didn’t measure)
couple of handfuls of Shredded Lettuce, ¼ Cup mayo, 2 tbsp diced red onion, ¼ cup pickles, ¼ cup banana peppers, 2 tbsp submarine dressing, 2-3 oz pepperoni, salami, and ham

Spread mixture onto 12 hawaiian rolls and top with sliced provolone cheese.

Store covered and pop it into the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees when ready to eat!
