Mocha Cookie Bar recipe featuring the @skinnydipped Dark Chocolate a Baking Bits! 😋 Recipe below and also a printable version is on my website. You’re going to want to save this one for later, that mocha glaze is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

SkinnyDipped Baking Bits have only 3g of sugar or less per serving, so I loved adding them to a recipe like this and knowing I wasn’t adding a ton of extra sugar. They’re now available at Walmart!

Cookie Bar ≫≫
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate SkinnyDipped Baking Bits

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, then vanilla. Sift flour in separate bowl. Add baking powder and salt to flour, mix well. Stir dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Add chocolate. Spread into 13x15 inch pan.

Mocha Crackle Top ≫≫
• 1 egg white
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp finely ground coffee
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in brown sugar, coffee, and nuts (optional). Spread over dough. Bake at 325 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.

We take these daily, love that they don’t have added sugar!
