Detox bath:

✔ ½ cup bentonite clay
✔ 1–2 cups Epsom salt
🛁 Soak for 20–30 minutes.

We’ve been all living re-lyte electrolytes. The kids have had flu like symptoms this past week. I even gave them a half scoop to help rehydrate them. Flavor is 10/10
