High-protein pancake bowls 🥞 Per Bowl: 1 egg 1/2 apple chopped 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/3 cup milk of choice 1/3 cup almond flour 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/4 tsp baking powder A little bit of honey or maple syrup Topping: Greek yogurt Pinch of cinnamon A little maple syrup Combine pancake bowl ingredients, then bake in the oven at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
