My current hyper fixation salad🥗 save this post/recipe for when you don’t know what to make for lunch or dinner this summer!

I didn’t think I would EVER be the girl who gets excited about salad, but I I guess I was wrong🥗 This salad is soooo fresh and delicious and I eat it a minimum of 2 times a week, but usually even more!

Here is what you need to make it:
🥬Lettuce—I usually use a mix of romaine and spring mix, but we’ve got lettuce currently growing in our garden, so I’m using that!
🍗Chicken—I buy and use a bulk bag of crispy chicken from BJ’s, but you can use any chicken that you have (grilled, rotisserie, nuggets, or whatever!) I like to chop it up small so I can have some in every bite!
🥒Cucumbers—a mini one is a perfect amount, or a half of a large one.
🍎Apple— I use a whole apple and leave the skin on. My favorite kind of apples are Empire apples. I like to chop these up small as well.
🍓Strawberries—A handful of strawberries is a good amount and adds sweetness. I also like the strawberries chopped very small.
🤍Crumbled Blue Cheese—I LOVE crumbled blue cheese so much and this gives the salad a good taste!😋
🌰Almonds—I prefer mine crushed so I put them in my Ninja and then store them in a Tupperware and sprinkle them on.
🍞Croutons—I like a little crunch in my salad, so I use these crispy onion salad toppers. Delicious!
🧀Grated cheese—I’ll use sharp, mozzarella, pepper jack, or whatever kind of cheese I have on hand.
And the most important part: chicken dipping sauce. I buy mine at Aldi, but I know Walmart carries a version too. It’s a copycat for a famous restaurant’s sauce, iykyk😝

All you have to do is put it all together and shake it really well (which is why I put it in a Tupperware—so it all gets coated with the dressing really well) and then eat it!
