My current hyper fixation saladš„ save this post/recipe for when you donāt know what to make for lunch or dinner this summer! I didnāt think I would EVER be the girl who gets excited about salad, but I I guess I was wrongš„ This salad is soooo fresh and delicious and I eat it a minimum of 2 times a week, but usually even more! Here is what you need to make it: š„¬LettuceāI usually use a mix of romaine and spring mix, but weāve got lettuce currently growing in our garden, so Iām using that! šChickenāI buy and use a bulk bag of crispy chicken from BJās, but you can use any chicken that you have (grilled, rotisserie, nuggets, or whatever!) I like to chop it up small so I can have some in every bite! š„Cucumbersāa mini one is a perfect amount, or a half of a large one. šAppleā I use a whole apple and leave the skin on. My favorite kind of apples are Empire apples. I like to chop these up small as well. šStrawberriesāA handful of strawberries is a good amount and adds sweetness. I also like the strawberries chopped very small. š¤Crumbled Blue CheeseāI LOVE crumbled blue cheese so much and this gives the salad a good taste!š š°AlmondsāI prefer mine crushed so I put them in my Ninja and then store them in a Tupperware and sprinkle them on. šCroutonsāI like a little crunch in my salad, so I use these crispy onion salad toppers. Delicious! š§Grated cheeseāIāll use sharp, mozzarella, pepper jack, or whatever kind of cheese I have on hand. And the most important part: chicken dipping sauce. I buy mine at Aldi, but I know Walmart carries a version too. Itās a copycat for a famous restaurantās sauce, iykykš All you have to do is put it all together and shake it really well (which is why I put it in a Tupperwareāso it all gets coated with the dressing really well) and then eat it! Small in my tank and small in my boxer shorts. Love this cute flag hat too!ā„ļø 36 in my Birkenstock sandals! yummysaladrecipe easylunchideas healthylunchideas saladrecipe LTKPetite LTKgrwm LTKfoodie
