Cheat Khausway
🌿4 cloves of garlic
🌿1 onion
Blend together with some water
🌿4 tbsp of any beautiful oil
🌿2 lbs of chicken breast chopped small
🌿Spices: 1 tsp of salt, 1.5 tsp of chicken powder or vegeta, 1 tsp or more of turmeric, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of paprika or chili powder
🌿1 can coconut cream
🌿1 can coconut milk
🌿 pinch of sugar
🌿Cornflour slurry optional I use 1.5 tbsp in little bit of water
🌿2 tbsp of oil
🌿1 tsp of Kashmiri lal mirch
🌿1 box of spaghetti
🌿Condiments of choice: I used onion, cilantro, tomatoes, lemon and eggs. Chop everything
Any form of crispies
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Chili oil recipe courtesy @ramfacooks you can google this recipe or search her page for it. It’s unbelievable

Boil the spaghetti as directed on the package. Reserve half a cup of pasta water. Do not oil the spaghetti once it’s done. Place it in a bowl and put a lid over it so it doesn’t dry out and clump.
In a heavy large bottom pot at the oil and add the blended onion and garlic. Once the onion and garlic is a little golden go ahead and add in your chicken as well as the spices and cook for about 5 minutes, once the oil starts to separate, add in the coconut milk and the coconut cream and 1:2 a cup of pasta water. Go in with a pinch of sugar mix placed the lid on top of the pot and cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chop up all your condiments.
Boil eggs if using
Make the chili oil
I highly recommend making the chili oil as the flavor of it in the khausway is amazing
Once 15 minutes of cook time is over, check the soup and see if it needs any more seasonings. You may also choose to thicken it with corn flour.
Turn the heat off
Place the remaining oil in a small pot, heat it up, put the Kashmir lal mirch in and wait till it’s nutty and fragrant. Go ahead and pour over the khausway soup.
Customize your bowl as you like it!
