I get comments on almost every single one of my self care/wellness routine videos from women saying things like “I could never do this much” “I wish I had this much time” “I would feel guilty spending this much time on myself” and things along those lines. I hope maybe this helps a little… I made the bed, changed over laundry, vacuumed and checked emails. At the same time, I had on teeth whitening strips, eye and foot masks, neck/ chest & face light therapy masks and even got some extra steps in on my walking pad while I checked my emails. Taking care of you doesn’t always look like a hot bath and candles lit with a 45 min blissful routine. All of these self care steps took me less than 5 min to apply. And while they work, so did I. Wellness doesn’t have to look “aesthetic” to be effective. Take the extra 5 min. If you have time to scroll Instagram and watch a video, then comment on it, you have 5 min to pamper yourself.
