#Ad SURF + TURF- usually what happens when we want the steak AND shrimp. But give me 2 stainless steel pans and I'll make it happen regardless @Target @tfal

The steaks are seasoned with just salt and black pepper then seared on each side for 2 minutes (this was a thinner cut) and let it rest for a few minutes. While that’s resting we cook the shrimp that's been sitting in lemon juice, chopped fresh parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Cook it in some butter then reduce down the liquid with some more butter until thickened to make this a sauce.

Once it's all done- slice the steak and lay it down on a platter. Top with the shrimp and add the sauce. Perfect for date nights, family dinners, or just because!

HOSTING is my love language • here’s everything i did to host our friends for a bbq. Anytime the word bbq is involved it immediately takes a load off me since my husband handles the prepping for it, marinating, and the actual grilling. So all I’m left with is what to pair it with, appetizers (if I’m going that route- but highly recommend), and dessert.
