Day 3 was actually two days ago, but I was so exhausted that I forgot to post a video… better late than never.

Day 3 (and day 4) it was a challenging day because I felt so tired and drained of energy the entire day. I was still able to get through all of my mandatory tasks, but it was definitely a struggle.

I’ve also realized that while I’m knocking out the requirements for the challenge, I want to apply what I’m learning to other areas of my life so I think I might start journaling to learn where I can improve in life in general.

Overall, I’m just very happy that I got through another day and I’m staying strong and getting it done no matter how I feel

75Hard: Day 2 of 75 — 8.5.25

Day 2 was a little bit of a struggle because I was so exhausted when I woke up the first time. Going back to sleep and waking up about two hours later definitely helped me feel less tired, but it did kind of mess up my routine. Instead of doing my reading in the morning, I did it at night and I switched my workout schedule. Overall day two was a good day but by the end of the day, I was exhausted again. Let’s go for day three.

Recently, I have been desperate for more structure and discipline in my life and I thought let’s complete 75Hard. I love Andy Frisella and everything he talks about gaining from the challenge is what I want in my life so I started yesterday August 4.

The hardest part was seeking to the diet and finishing the gallon of water. While I stuck to my macros, which is the diet I’m following, I definitely need to plan my meals even more than I am especially when it comes to snacks.

I wanted a palate cleanser mystery in between some fantasy and romance reads, and this offered me a quick and straightforward read. There were many laugh-out-loud moments at the unrealistic plot and over-the-top characters. Unfortunately, while being an entertaining read, I was hoping for more depth of characters. Whether it was because there were many characters or because it was a shorter read, I found the book lacked some character depth, which would have taken the story to the next level.

Do I Recommend It? ✨
If you’re look for an easy, bingeable summer read that doesn’t take much brain power, this is a great option. It’s perfect for a upcoming trip or while sitting at the pool
