My morning drink I refuse to skip!

•1Up Nutrition Italian Lemon Ice - 2 scoops gives you 40g of high quality, bloat-free protein.

•Cowboy Colostrum Vanilla - I do one scoop to vanilla yumminess that fuels healthy hair, skin, nails and immune response.

•Thorne Collagen Fit - This flavorless collagen dissolves easily and has added NAD precursors to keep me feeling and looking youthful.

•Creatine - 2 small scoops for 10g of creatine. This flavorless creatine goes with anything. It keeps me strong and promotes healthy neurological function as well.

If I’m in a hurry, I just throw this in a shaker with water and I’m done. If I have time, I put it in a blender with ice for a treat.
