If you’re getting an iPhone 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Pro Max here’s a pro tip on how to quickly (or at least as quickly as possible) move your data from someone who had nearly 1 TB of photos and videos on her phone: 1. Get a fast, short and reliable cable (the one that comes in the box with your new iPhone is good but I’ve discovered that this one is faster thus better) 2. Make sure to update your NEW 🆕 iPhone before you start the data transfer. I tried to transfer all of my data the usual way just as Apple 🍎 explains it on their website and it didn’t work! I tried the iCloud transfer and it didn’t work either because I had so much data. Eventually I found this tip somewhere on Reddit and it worked!!! 📱 📲 The whole transfer took 3-4.5 hours and I couldn’t be happier. 3. If you’re taking lots of photos and videos go with iPhone Pro Max with 2TB. I got the smaller version at first and then exchanged it.
