For all you ladies who equally loves croissants 🥐 & bikinis 👙- I have been off all added sugar for years now but bread 🍞 🥯 🥐 is my vice. Very excited to go down one or 2 sizes from my honest 27” waist to fit into my favorite bikinis next month. @Arrae MB-1 is definitely working, I’m eating all of my favorite healthy meals and just snack less which is the goal! I love love love my Fer à Cheval laundry detergent because it is clean & gently scented but also so good for sensitive skin and those prone to eczema! We switched to this detergent soon after we had a baby and never looked back. I must say that it’s not cheap even though a little does go a long way so I recently tried their Marseille soap flakes too. 1x 14oz container 🫙 can be diluted into 10x 67.6 fl.oz. containers of liquid detergent or more which makes it much more affordable than the liquid version! The flakes are completely unscented so if you want that fresh spring scent definitely go with the liquid detergent.
