Does running late count as cardio? 🙋🏼♀️
I feel like there’s a love // hate relationship with “cardio” in the fitness world. As someone who has a muscular build naturally, I prefer to mix in 1-2 cardio sessions to my workout routine each week to help lean out while scorching cals. 🔥
I love how the @trufusion_dallas cycle classes are only 45 minutes, but still jam packed with consistent challenges. We work our full body and spend 5-10 minutes toning arms with weights.
Cycle classes can help with:
🚲 Heart health
🚲 Muscle strength + flexibility
🚲 Joint mobility
🚲 Decrease stress levels, anxiety and depression
🚲 Improved posture & coordination
I usually take at least one cycle class each week, and then add in a variety of heavier weight classes such as Barefoot Bootcamp or HIITribe. I also take 1-2 pilates/power yoga style classes for muscle toning.

👚OUTFIT DETAILS: I’ve found THE pair of leggings we all need. It’s so true that you get what you pay for 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and the @athleta Salutation Stash Pocket Tight is a 10/10 on all fronts. This pair of leggings slims the waist, has a soft & buttery feel, fits your body like a glove and has a sweat wicking fabric so you don’t get that “wet & sweaty” feeling during a sweat sesh. They’re super versatile and can be worn for most workouts. I suggest sizing down and pairing them with a cute crop such as the Aurora Crop Rib Tank shown here.
