Grady and I started eating Magic Spoon cereal for breakfast and this little fella has been loving it! We switched over to Magic Spoon after learning that the cereals I binged throughout pregnancy like Lucky Charms and Corn Pops, packaged as a part of a “healthy breakfast”, can contain upwards of 50% sugar by weight. This is more sugar per serving than Twinkies or 3 chocolate chip cookies! BRUH 🤯 If you’re interested in trying it out, I recommend starting with the Variety 8-Pack Single Serve Cups that feature 2 of each flavor: peanut butter (our fav 😋), frosted, cocoa, and fruity. Linked in this post! That way you can see what you like before you buy yourself a big box. This cereal is a bit more pricey than your average box of Trix, but when it comes to our health and food… you get what you pay for. In this case you’re getting 14g of protein per serving and absolutely 0 sugars. We pair it with bananas and applesauce for a well rounded meal to start the day. ☀️ #babyapproved #momapproved #magicspoon #magicspoonpartner #cereal #proteincereal #ketocereal
