Feeling extra vulnerable sharing, but it’s SO common.
I hate that I’m so embarrassed by it, but hoping to find some comfort in anyone who has been here 👋

Also, maybe a weird plug for the leggings, but you know how I’ve been talking about them being like a bra for my belly? They truly have been and I’m constantly preaching them for a reason.

Postpartum is weird. The ups and downs both physically and mentally really are something else. Solidarity for any moms finding comfort in their new mom bods. One day at a time ❤️
