Recipes:

Granola bars-

•1 cup runny natural peanut butter
•½ cup honey (less sticky than ⅔ cup)
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•½ tsp sea salt
•2¾ cups sprouted rolled oats
•2 tbsp ground flaxseed
•⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
•3 tbsp finely chopped peanuts(optional)

Banana bread-

• 1½ ripe bananas, mashed
• ¼ cup avocado oil
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup oat flour
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ⅓ cup chocolate chips
