Also wanted to share my little testimonial 🤍 🤍As a person who likes to work out, but had never been into sitting on the bike at the gym, let me tell you..working out on our Peloton feels like a dance party 🤣 it’s so entertaining, there’s so many different instructors to choose from, and they have all different types of music! 🤍You can pick your workout based on the playlist! This may not seem like a big deal, but as someone who needs music to workout (and I take a lot of time making sure I have good tunes when I go for runs!) this is so helpful for me to pick a ride based on what music I want to hear! 🤍You can connect your apple AirPods, beat headphones and other Bluetooth headphones to the bike! So if you want to take a ride super early or late and don’t want to wake up your family, you can! 🤍The coaching by the instructors is not talked about enough. Never having a trainer before, I have to tell you that not only do I love the bike rides for the music, but I found some favorite instructors who make the workouts FUN! They really are fantastic with helping to remember to keep the right form and posture on the bike, remind you to breathe (this sounds silly but is really helpful!) & provide so much encouragement throughout the entire ride. My favorite is Ally Love!!! She makes me feel like a boss and that I can do my best every single ride…even if I’m not feeling great. The mental benefits I’ve gotten from my rides is something I didn’t factor in before, but are why I keep coming back to the the peloton 🤍You don’t have to be an athlete or someone who works out a lot to use it!They give you a range to ride within and you can always scale back or scale up based on what you are feeling you need. Plus I love that I don’t have to go to the gym to do a work out in front of a bunch of people 🤣, I can wear my sports bra and sweat in the comfort of my own home! 😅
