Red sweatset small top, medium bottoms. Ski fleece, small

The guest house was dark charcoal grey everywhere and the big beautiful windows were covered and we really wanted to open it up and make it brighter! The guest house makes up about 2,000 sq feet of the total 14,000. I’d say the main house is about 10,000 and the pool house is another 2,000. I’ve had some questions about the breakdown of sq feet so hopefully that’s helpful ! Paint color is Swiss Coffee, flooring is canopy Comfort NE Lauren Oak 7 inch 5ft planks.
