Eight years ago, I posted a photo of our home and hoped someone out there might find it meaningful. I wasn’t an interior designer, nor a content creator, and I certainly wasn’t running a business. I was just someone who loved making a house feel like home and felt a pull to share it. Since then, this little corner of the internet has completely changed my life. It’s led to friendships, opportunities, projects, partnerships, renovations, late nights, big risks, lessons, and more growth than I ever could have imagined. It became a business. It helped support my family. It gave me a creative outlet during seasons when I desperately needed one. And somehow, after all these years, you’re still here. What I think most of us are afraid to say is that what I’m most proud of isn’t the follower count, the projects, or even the business. It’s that I kept showing up. Through algorithm changes, life changes, confidence changes, and seasons where I wasn’t sure where any of this was headed, I kept posting. Every. Day. And eight years later, I’m still excited to share what’s next. Thank you for being here. Whether you’ve followed for eight years, eight months, or eight days, you’ve played a part in this story. BIG things coming, stay sat. I’d love to know—how long have you been here? 🤍 See something you like?
