My case for warm neutrals: Neutral gets put in the boring box far too quickly. I’d argue you just need better neutrals. Warm wood, creamy paint, veined stone, aged brass, woven textures and pieces that feel collected instead of perfectly matched. There may not be a lot of color happening in our kitchen, but there’s plenty of character—and that’s always been the point. Quiet? Sure. Boring? I’ll respectfully disagree.
