Running on 4 hours of sleep and pure determination over here ☕️💪

Week 3 of nighttime wake-ups (molars? regression? your guess is as good as mine) and this mama still showed up. Sometimes that means choosing sleep over the 5 AM alarm, and that’s okay.

The essentials that got me through today:
✔️ Leggings that go from breakfast chaos to home workouts
✔️ The sports bra doing the heavy lifting (literally)
✔️ My go-to breakfast staples that require zero brain power
✔️ Comfy WFH setup because toddler has decided I’m not allowed out of her sight
