I’m sure I’ve said this before but I really think this might be my favorite DIY I’ve done!! It’s SO easy, you just need a wreath frame and ribbon and I found the cutest two pack of Stars and Stripes ribbon on Amazon and OMG i just love how it came out! I cut about 18in ribbons and alternated tying them on the outer, middle and inner rings of the wreath form. 🇺🇸

HOW easy is this?! I used this bow trick a lot at Christmas but when I saw this absolutely adorable ribbon @Michaels I had an idea to do a layered version and it came out so well!

All you do is tape two butter knives (or another sturdy long object) to the edge of a table, about 6in apart, drape your ribbon over the top, fold it under and over the top again, cross the tails under the ribbon, bring one tail over the ribbon and tie the two tails together. Then fan out the layers and zhuzh it up!

I added my ribbon to a wreath I made with a pool noodle and hung it next to my fave new decor pieces (also from Michael’s!) I’m obsessed and can’t wait to try it with more ribbon!

I couldn’t get over these snowmen, they are glass and they look so much like the anthro Halloween ghosts I’ve been loving this year. I paired them with the viral @mytexashouse mini tree which is so cute and these iridescent houses which I added twinkle lights to make them work at night. I am simply obsessed with @walmart Christmas so far and I cannot wait to share more! ✨

When I saw these houses were available in store at Walmart I ran over there and omg the bow candleholders and the nutcracker bowl?! The Christmas stuff I’ve seen so far is SO GOOD. And nothing here is more than $15! I can’t wait until they put out more, I will probably have to go back tomorrow😊🎄✨

Let’s Shellebrate! Anyone who’s followed for me for a bit knows I can’t stop using cocktail napkins and mod podge on anything and everything but this trick seriously works so well on shells! And, when I saw these cute wood frames at Michael’s and Hobby Lobby I couldn’t resist kicking things up!

This would be such a fun craft night, just set out some shells, a variety of napkins, mod podge (there are so many kinds—matte, gloss, sparkle, etc!) and honestly you don’t need anything else but if you want to make these frames, it’s so fun and doesn’t add much more to the project! I have decided to use this summer as an opportunity to make updates to little spaces throughout my home. With a lull in holiday decorating and the feeling of things slowing down for summer it feels like the perfect time to make small but meaningful updates that make a big difference.

I used Amazon to source everything here—I love the fresh clean look and the new diffuser smells amazing! I made the wine bottle lamp using my favorite napkins/mod podge trick and added a wine bottle lamp topper from Amazon.
