I was just asked a question on Facebook about the difference between my Demellier bags and the similar bags on Amazon. Notice the Demellier logo is visible beneath the clasp. • Demellier is much higher quality, it’s much better made, the stitching is better, and the purse straps lay flat. • Amazon is a budget buy and passable quality but sometimes the stitching isn’t that great, the leather doesn’t always lay flat, and the handles don’t lay flat either.
