5 ingredient salmon teriyaki rice bowl with edamame and avocado. Healthy mix of carbs, protein, fats & fiber. I used my rice cooker for rice, cooked salmon in oven at 450 for 11 minutes with teriyaki sauce on top. Cook frozen edamame packet for 2 minutes in microwave. Combine & enjoy!
