This sleep hack has changed the game for me!! I still can’t believe something this simple has made such a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. It’s been YEARS since I’ve been able to sleep past 6:30am (I’m usually wide awake at 5:30am). I’ve felt more rested and more energized since using it.
