This is what I’m taking based off my blood work and what my body needs after birth & into the winter months! I was breastfeeding 2 babies for 3 months so it may seem like a lot but that’s because I was making SO much milk! I’m now only breastfeeding my baby but still making a lot of milk so I’m supporting my body!

Sézane Sweaters🤍

These sweaters are an investment — but after years of trial and error, I’ve learned that quality pieces are always worth the price tag. Wool sweaters actually keep you warm… plastic polyester ones do not. They pill, they don’t breathe, they don’t last, and before you know it you’re buying a new sweater every season. I’d rather invest in one beautiful wool sweater I can eventually pass down to my daughter than keep wasting money on fast fashion.
