My youngest is obsessed with the Pink Drink from Starbucks, but I have to tell you it isn’t cheap 😏 We have tried many home made versions including berry flavored bubbly water, passion fruit tea concentrate and even hibiscus brewed hot tea, but none of them quite made the list. Some of those options turned our drink purple instead of pink. So we decided to simplify the list of ingredients and only included three: unsweetened coconut milk @silk 🥥 white grape & strawberry juice @oldorchardjuice 🍇 freeze dried strawberries @traderjoes 🍓 We filled a 20oz tumble glass 2/3 with ice. (Glasses linked) We added one cup of juice and 1/3 of a cup of coconut milk and about 2 tablespoons of dry strawberries. Now you can play around with these measurements and see what taste you prefer. Juice gives enough sweetness to this recipe , but if you like your drink even sweeter, you can add some simple syrup. *make sure you mix ingredients well to get that pretty pink color. Serve and drink immediately. Ema loved this recipe and although it doesn’t taste like the original, flavor is pretty close. If nothing else, it is refreshing and perfect for Valentine’s Day.
