Switching over to any season is all in the bedding. It’s the easiest way. You can either keep it simple with a plain duvet and then add a quilt that brings in the holiday vibe. Or you can be like me where I like to switch out my duvet cover and my quilt. Either or all work great but it is all in the layers.
My bed and nightstands are from restoration hardware. I cannot link those exact ones and I have linked something similar.
