We love homemade pizza tonight! We still have not mastered a homemade pizza dough… So I usually run to Trader Joe’s and pick up their premade pizza dough. We love the Gozney pizza oven. We have ours hooked up to our natural gas. So I would definitely recommend either natural gas if you can or they do have an option for I believe propane. But if you do solely the wood-burning, I would imagine that would take forever to heat up. We pre heat ours to 800 degrees. I am linking a lot of our favorite pizza items.
