“You weight may fluctuate, your worth will not.” I saw this quote this week, and it really stuck with me. I lost a lot of weight last year, and I was so happy with the way I looked. I felt confident and attractive. I’m not going to lie, I loved the praise and comments about how I looked. Now I’ve gained it all back. The “you look so skinny!” comments don’t come anymore. And that’s okay. I’m the same person, just a few pounds heavier. I am still worthy. We have to stop measuring our worth by how much we weigh or what size we wear.
