The moment Easter weekend hits all of those cookout start and this is one of my most highly requested side dishes to bring! I promise even people that don’t care for broccoli will enjoy this!
Broccoli Salad Recipe
✨ 5 cups of chopped raw broccoli
✨ 1/2C freshly shredded Cheddar Cheese
✨ 8 strips of crispy bacon
✨ 1/2 red onion minced
✨ 1 cup of mayo
✨ 3 Tablespoons of Vinegar
✨ 4 tablespoons Sugar
1. Warm vinegar slightly and combine with sugar until fully dissolved.
2. Add mayo to the mixture to form dressing.
3. Wash broccoli well, chop it up into bite size pieces and add to the dressing.
4. Add chopped crispy bacon, cheese and minced onion.
5. Mix well, cover, and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight for better flavor.
