I finally picked a wallpaper to finish of my little girl’s bathroom and I cannot wait to get it up on those white walls! It took ordering several samples and noodling over it for a couple of months (wallpaper is an investment!), but I found “the one” - a pink and blue block print floral. A great nod to the modern cottage look I love! It’s linked below along with the other bathroom sources!

Over the years of working with my e-design clients, I’ve had to find good online sources for renovation materials like tile and plumbing fixtures that can be shipped anywhere. One of my go-tos is Wayfair! You may not think of them as a source for that category, but I’ve found that they truly do have just about everything you’d need for all kinds of projects. And with their generous fast and free shipping (even on heavy materials like tile!), it’s hard to beat the convenience.

The Fresh Classic Entryway!

For this design, I went with some classic elements and patterns like turned wood legs and plaid, but also mixed in some unexpected pieces like the knobby lamp and flared scalloped light fixture. It has a great balance of masculine and feminine features, don’t you think?

This three drawer chest makes for a hardworking entryway piece. I love drawers here for storing all those odds and ends that collect in a foyer. It’s small, but mighty! This one is a bit of an investment piece, but the quality of construction and materials can be worth it. You can also hunt for similar antique pieces that may be a little less expensive.

A funky, new traditional entryway!

I love the individual pieces of this entryway design like the fun fruit still life art, the waterfall edge console table, and the brass candle sconces, but it’s the overall feeling I get when I see it that really has me!

The Coastal Modern Entryway!

I designed this foyer around a woven bench. Simple and pretty, this would work really nicely if you don’t need storage. It does offer a perch to put on your shoes or set down a bag though, so it’s definitely still functional in its own way.

New Studio McGee at Target is live! This collection has a little bit of a traditional, old world style to it, but with a fresh twist and I’m loving a lot of the pieces from it. There are more to come in the next month or two, but here are some faves from the furniture and decor that have been released so far. That new fabric on the Lynnwood ottoman might be my very favorite one of all!

As with all popular releases, things go out of stock quickly, but often get restocked quickly as well! So keep checking back and sign up for the alerts to be notified when they do.

This collab stopped me in my tracks. Y’all have GOT to check out the Pierce & Ward + West Elm collection! It’s high design at a very reasonable price point. The details are unreal. I mean, just look at the little ball feet on the chair or the perforated doors on the sideboard! It has me itching to use some of these pieces in client projects, so if this style speaks to you, let’s get in touch! I’d love to design a room with you

I’m a true believer that lighting can set the tone for a room and that a pretty fixture can be found at any price point. I rounded up some faves in brass that are all currently 20% off! Lots of these come in different finishes, so take a look at the individual fixtures if you’re looking for a specific one!

We gave our back patio a little makeover thanks to some new pieces from Wayfair! I loved that it
offered a one-stop shop for what we needed to give this space a nice little glow-up. These navy
Adirondack chairs are the star - they’re made of HDPE so they’re weather-resistant AND they
fold for easy storage! We also picked up some new planters for these big ole Boston ferns,

So much love for this bathroom we finished up about year ago! It’s small, but mighty. It turned out so cute with its blue tile shower, brass and polished nickel touches, and v-groove paneling.

Just because a bathroom is small doesn’t mean it can’t be beautiful. We’re about to embark on two little bathroom renos in our own house. Stay tuned for design plans on those!

Remember when I shared different options for the art above this cabinet? Well, this piece I already had ended up being the winner! It looks so good with the furniture we moved over here from our old house…it’s kind of fun playing with new combos of pieces we already have!

Did you catch my "farewell tour" on the blog of our old house? The parlor was one of a few spaces that stayed pretty much intact for staging from when we lived there. We moved this furniture into the new house last week and I'm loving it paired with the rug from our family room now. I'll have to share that soon!

I am loving this new machine washable rug I grabbed from Wayfair for our mudroom! When you’ve got messy kids (and adults, let’s be honest) traipsing in, you want an easy place for them to wipe their feet…and not worry about the rug getting dirty! This one is pretty AND functional - the best combo in my book. It has a non-slip backing as well so it’ll stay put!

Over on the blog, I’m talking about this mini mudroom update I gave our new house! Sometimes it’s the littlest projects that can make the biggest difference in function (and style!). I’m sharing the three pieces I picked up from Wayfair that made all the difference, and you can find the links to those here on LTK. I love how easy it was to find exactly what I needed and have it shipped to my door. When you’re getting settled into a new home, anything that simplifies your life is a win!

I love this view of the Laburnum Park Bathroom - that little peek into the tub/shower with the tile going all the way across both walls is killer. It's such an elevated look with the vertical stacking!

Also, pro tip: mixing metals (black and brass here) offers a lovely, collected look that adds depth. Need help mixing metals? Ask away in the comments!
