✨ July Empties Pt. 5 ✨ How I cleared up my pilates backne 🧽 these pads were absolutely essential to helping clear my back acne. When I went back to teaching reformer pilates in 2023... my back broke out like I was 16 again 🥲 Between sweating, teaching multiple classes, not always being able to shower right after, my skin was not happy.
